Refund &Cancellation Policy

At Jums World Private Limited, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations work for orders placed through our website or mobile application (the “Platform”).


1. Order Cancellation
 
a) Before Shipping

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, as long as they have not been shipped.

If the order is already processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return Policy below.

b) After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may still request a return after delivery (subject to our return conditions).


2. Returns and Exchanges
 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
A return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

Return Process

Our team will review and approve your request.
You’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

We’ll a replacement or exchange will be delivered with in 5 to 10 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds
